Melbourne

Melbourne is the capital of Victoria and the second most populated city in Australia with approximately 3.7 million.

Melbourne is a cosmopolitan and sophisticated city and it is considered by Australians as the most “European” city. We do not know what is the meaning of this but we can tell you that Melbourne is definitely a hub for arts, cultural activities, shops, fashion and sport.

Melbourne is a city with something for everyone. From chic fashion stores to trendy cafés, beautiful gardens to modern sports stadiums, elegant Victorian-era streetscapes to Manhattan-style skyscrapers, film and food festivals to galleries and opulent theatres.

 Federation Square Melbourne

Melbourne was selected as the most liveable city in the world by the Economist Intelligence Unit in 2004. It is also called the "cultural and sporting capital of Australia" hosting every year the Australian Tennis Open, Grand Prix of Australia and several international film festivals.

It is also one of the main economic and financial centres in Australia. Almost every big company in Australia has business operations in Melbourne.
