Schools in Australia PDF Print E-mail

There are both public and private primary and secondary schools in Australia. There are literally hundreds of schools in each state and territory in Australia.

To assist you in finding the school that is right for you, we recommend you visit the following website which lists all the schools in Australia which are registered with the Australian government and can accept international students.

Please visit: http://cricos.dest.gov.au/Course/CourseSearch.aspx

In the Course Search section, you have the opportunity to choose the state in which you would like to find a suitable school and you will also be asked to choose the ‘Type of Course’ which are the following:

  • Kindergarden (4-5 year olds)

  • Primary School Studies (6-12 year olds)

  • Junior Secondary Studies (13-16 year olds)

  • Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (16-18 year olds)

You will then be provided with a list of all the schools which are able to enrol international students and all their details will be provided to enable you to visit their individual websites.
