Airport Pick-up

One of the great services provided by many institutions that they often pick-up international students at the airport as soon as they arrive to Australia.

Having an airport pick up arranged before you arrive in Australia provides you with security in knowing that you will be safely greeted at the airport and taken directly to your nominated accommodation.

We highly recommend you take advantage of any free airport pick up services offered by your institution or book the services your institutions recommends as it can be very expensive and inconvenient to take other options.

What if I miss my pick-up?

If you miss your airport pick-up or you can’t find the staff providing this service please do not panic.

We suggest checking your documentation again check if you are in the right place at the airport. Ask for help if you are not sure about anything as staff at the airport are quite efficient and friendly.

Another excellent option is to make a phone call to your institution and ask for assistance. In many cases institutions have alternatives for you to reach your destination.
