We want to give you our top 10 destinations based on our own experiencies and the opinions of other international students. It is hard to limit it to just 10 destinations as there are heaps of great places to travel to in Australia!

 Sydney Opera House

1. Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House (NSW).

You must visit the most beautiful harbour in the world! Go to a concert at the Opera House or just have a drink in the Opera Bar. You may also like to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge as the views of the harbour are breathtaking. Also, you must take a ferry from Circular Quay in the city of Sydney to Manly Beach.

 Ulluru

2. Ulluru, the red heart of Australia (NORTHERN TERRITORY).

This is one of the most famous sites in Australia. Some call it a rock, some call it a monolite but whatever you call it, it is amazing and definitely a must see! It is located in the centre of Australia and is an icon of the nation. Ulluru is one of the world's most beautiful natural wonders.

3. Cradle Mountain and Lake St. Clair National Park (TASMANIA).

This national park and World Heritage area is one of the most spectacular regions in Australia. The 1,545m mountain dominates the north part of the island, and the long, deep lake is to its south. Between them lie steep slopes, button grass plains, majestic alpine forests, dozens of lakes filled with trout, and several rivers.

4. The Great Ocean Road (VICTORIA).

Just a few hours away from Melbourne you can find the incredible Great Ocean Road. Enjoy beachside activities and enjoy the stunning ocean views including the world famous 12 apostles. The apostles are one of the most spectacular natural attractions in Victoria.

 Great Barrier Reef

5. The Great Barrier Reef (QUEENSLAND).

This is the largest coral reef in the world, and it is just off the coast of Queensland! Prepare to marvel at the spectacular sight seeing opportunities that are unique to this area. Take a cruise, do some diving or just relax on the pristine beaches.

6. New parliament house (CANBERRA).

The home of Australia's Parliament and the meeting place of the nation, Parliament House is located on a 32-hectare site on Capital Hill and is the focal point of Canberra, the capital city of Australia. This incredible building is also a place full of history.
