For full-time tertiary students, including international students, opening an account with the Commonwealth Bank offers a number of compelling benefits. - ICS is comprised of multi-lingual sales and service representatives who can assist students with their banking enquiries as well as general questions they may have about moving to Australia.

- ICS is a single point of contact for international customers so they don’t have to know who does what in each area of the Bank – we look after all that for them.
- ICS has freecall numbers available in 15 countries including the major international student source countries.
- Students can apply online at www.commbank.com.au/movingtoaustralia making the process very simple.
- The process to open a bank account through the ICS team is quick and simple - the client will be advised of their account details within 24-48 hours.
- Clients are able to transfer money to their Australian bank account before they arrive in Australia so they can have immediate access to funds on arrival (once they have provided their passport as identification at their nominated branch).
